Will GPS tracking work in remote areas of Australia?
Yes! Our devices work across Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone networks, providing 99.5% coverage across Australia. In very remote areas with no cellular coverage, the device stores location data locally and automatically uploads when connectivity returns. No data is ever lost.
How is the GPS device installed?
We offer two installation options: 1) OBD-II plug-and-play (takes 30 seconds, no tools needed), or 2) Professional hardwired installation by our certified technicians for a permanent, tamper-proof solution. Hardwired installation takes 45-60 minutes per vehicle and is included in your setup.
Can drivers disable or tamper with the GPS tracking?
Our hardwired devices are tamper-proof and include tamper alerts. If a device is disconnected or jammed, you receive instant notifications. The device has a built-in battery backup that continues tracking for 24 hours even if disconnected from power. OBD-II devices can be removed but generate alerts immediately.
What data does GPS tracking collect?
